It looks as if fall has officially arrived here in PDX. We enjoyed the prolonged month of sunshine but, as they say, all good things must come to an end. So, we hunker down for the next few months of chilly rain. This is not, however, an excuse to let our fitness goals fall by the wayside! One of the first activities that seems to get put on hiatus in the winter is running. But, it doesn’t have to be. Keep up your hard work and brave the wintery weather. Just make sure you’re prepared.
