I received a blue aluminum water bottle in the mail a few weeks ago, and it has quickly become my favorite water bottle ever.
ECO Bottle is a stylish, eco-friendly line of durable water bottles. They are are functional, innovative, aesthetically appealing, and recyclable at the end of their life-cycle. What’s not to love?
It is obvious that a lot of thought and innovation have gone into the creation of the ECO bottle line.
The bottles come in three sizes, the largest of which has a “grip dip” for easy holding and to accommodate the bottle holder on your bike.
You can also choose from various caps to fit your needs; the sports top, travel top, and even a kid’s top. My bottle came with the sport top. It has a safety valve to eliminate spilling if you happen to knock over/kick/drop/overhand pass/punt your bottle, and the top also locks down to keep it from leaking in your gym bag. Believe me it works. I chuck that thing in my bag every which-way and it has never leaked.
The sports top also has a travel handle that can be used to attach it to a bag. Or, as I usually do, grab it with one finger when my hands are full of sparring gear!
It also features an inside straw for quick drinking. Handy if you’re riding a bike and you don’t want to tip your head back, since you can’t squeeze this type of bottle. But, if you prefer to tip back and chug your beverage, the straw is removable. You can also use the optional extended drinking top (like an attachable outside straw), if that better fits your hydration style.
Besides the many shape, size, and opening options, ECO Bottle also has many design options to choose from. So, you can essentially customize your personal beverage conveyance vessel to fit your specific needs and style.
Another highlight; the entire inner body is coated with a (Swiss made) contaminant-free paint. As a result, the inner body is also resistant against acidic drinks. It also means that there is no metallic taste mucking up your favorite beverage.
The triple lock closing mechanism means you only need to complete half a turn to close the Eco Bottle. Though, I did find out the hard way that you want to make sure it’s pretty snug! (Totally my fault, but good to know.)
An extra wide mouth allows the bottle to easily accommodates ice cubes. It is also easier to clean, and easier to fill.
And, of course, there are no BPA’s or harmful chemicals anywhere to be found in this bottle.
Overall, I think this is a fantastic product. It looks good, it feels good, is great quality, can save you money, and it can save the environment.
